All products are inspected and tested in accordance with applicable API standards to ensure the highest levels of quality and reliability.
The quality control process begins with Incoming Inspection, where all raw materials and outsourced components are thoroughly examined upon receipt. This is followed by In-Process Inspection, conducted at each critical manufacturing stage, including machining, drilling, and other processing operations, to verify dimensional accuracy and process compliance.
A comprehensive Final Inspection is performed prior to assembly, covering dimensional verification, visual appearance, and overall product quality. Pressure testing, including hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, is carried out both before and after assembly to ensure product integrity and leak-tight performance.
Additionally, Functional Testing is conducted under specified operating parameters to validate performance, reliability, and compliance with customer and industry requirements.
